Processing Time

 

All orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days after your order is placed. During high-volume seasons, processing times may be slightly longer, but we’ll always communicate if there are any significant delays.

Shipping Methods

We ship via USPS and UPS, depending on the size and weight of your package and your location. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and delivery location. We do our best to keep shipping affordable and only charge what it costs us to ship your order.

Free Shipping: Orders over $65 qualify for free standard shipping within the U.S.

Local Pickup

At this time, we do not offer local pickup.

Delivery Issues

Once a package is in the hands of the carrier, we are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery errors due to incorrect addresses. Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order.

If your order is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, we recommend checking with your local carrier or neighbors first. If you still need help, feel free to reach out—we’ll do what we can to assist.

Damaged Packages

If your items arrive damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the damage so we can make it right.
