We want you to love your purchase from Delger Family Farm. Each of our products is handcrafted with care, and your satisfaction is important to us.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the personal nature of our products (soaps, candles, and other body care items), we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if your order arrives damaged or there is a problem with your purchase, we’ll make it right.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with the following:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• A photo of the item(s) and packaging

We will either replace the item or issue a refund, depending on the situation and product availability.

 

Cancellations

 

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase as long as they have not yet shipped. After that window, we begin processing your order and cannot guarantee cancellation.
